Key Cards

• Use kiosks provided or guest services desk to check daily balance.
• You can either attach a credit card to your key card or your can prepay cash on it to use throughout the voyage.
• We Recommended you obtain a lanyard for keeping track of your key– you can have the gift shop punch a hole in the card to attach it.
• Bring it with you everywhere you go. It not only gets you in your stateroom, but it is used in all your purchasing from bingo cards to fine art to fancy coffee at the bar. It is also necessary for when you are boarding and leaving ship.
• Some cruise ships require you use your key card to activate lights in the stateroom
• Keep it away from contact with cell phone
• If you change information such as dining room/time assignment the maitre'd will provide you with a supplemental card that has the updated information that you will use when dinning.
• If you lose your card most ships have capability of issuing a replacement but realize you may have to pay a processing fee.
• May eventually become replaced with wrist bands as RCCL's Quantum of the Seas is introducing wrist bands to replace cards
